2.- IDENTIFICATION OF THE SOCIAL REASON OF THE RESPONSIBLE OF THE FILE
SENSSO informs the User of the website of the existence of various treatments and personal data files for which FRESHKO FOODS, SL, with CIF: B30474811, with address at Av. Reino de Murcia, 10-E, 30506 Altorreal (Molina de Segura), Murcia, is responsible where the personal data that the User communicates to SENSSO is collected and stored.
3.- PURPOSES TO WHICH PERSONAL DATA SHALL BE USED FOR
The User who accesses the SENSSO website is not obliged to provide personal information for the use of the site, therefore, any communication of data for this purpose will be because the User has voluntarily decided to browse or use the services in a personalized way.
4.- INFORMATION AND CONSENT
Sending an email to SENSSO or the communication by the User to SENSSO of any other personal data through any means entails or implies the provision of their free, unequivocal, specific, informed and express consent for the processing of their personal data by SENSSO. SENSSO in each commercial communication sent to the User will inform this of the procedures authorized for that purpose in order to allow opposition to the treatment as well as to give opportunity for the revocation of the consent that had been already provided.
Under Article 21.2 and 22.1 of the LSSICE the User is informed of their right to oppose the processing of their data for promotional purposes for receiving commercial communications as well as their right to revoke at any time the consent given to the effect with the simple notification of his will to SENSSO. To do this, the User can direct their opposition by sending an email to the address: email@example.com, with the subject “UNSUSCRIBE”.
6.- IDENTIFICATION OF THE ADDRESSEES, WHOSE DATA SENSSO MAY HAVE TRANSFERS OR COMMUNICATE
SENSSO WILL NOT TRANSFER your data to third parties, given that the data will only be processed internally in order to offer a service of answers to User’s queries.
Similarly, SENSSO informs the User that any other transfer of data that must be made, will be brought to the User’s attention when demanded by the LOPD, informing the express and unambiguous express recipients of the information, the purpose to which the data will be transferred and of the nature of the conveyed data, or where appropriate, when the LOPD establishes it, previously the unequivocal, specific and informed consent will be requested from the User.

SENSSO warns the User that this entity is only responsible and guarantees the confidentiality, security and treatment of the data in accordance with this policy, with respect to the personal data collected from the User through this website, not having any type of responsibility for the treatment and subsequent use of personal data that could be made by third party service providers of the information society that could access such data by means of providing services or exercise of their activity.
By third party service providers of the information society shall be understood those natural or legal persons who provide the following services: (i) Transmission by a communication network of data provided by the recipients of the service. (ii) Services of access to said network. (iii) Data storage or hosting services. (iv) Provision of content or information.
Likewise, SENSSO is not responsible for the data processing carried out by third parties that establish hyperlinks with SENSSO or by those who, via hyperlinks from SENSSO, receives Users on their websites.
8.- DATA QUALITY
SENSSO warns the User that, except for the existence of a legally constituted representation, no User can employ the identity of another person and communicate their personal data, so the User at all times must take into account that, if he uses the email, can only include personal data corresponding to their own identity that are appropriate, pertinent, current, exact and true. For such purposes, the User will be solely responsible for any damage, direct and/or indirect caused to third parties or SENSSO for the use of personal data of another person, or their own personal data when it is inaccurate, erroneous, not current, inadequate or irrelevant. Equally the User who communicates the personal data of a third party, will be responsible for the information obligation established in article 5.4 of the LOPD when the personal data has not been collected from the person concerned, and/or the consequences of not having been informed.
9.- DATA UPDATES
SENSSO requires that, in order to keep the User’s data updated and accurate at all times in accordance with the principles of the LOPD, the User must communicate any variation thereof by sending an email to the address: firstname.lastname@example.org
The User is reminded that in order to update their personal data, it is necessary to prove their identity by providing a photocopy of their D.N.I. or equivalent document.
10.-EXERCISE OF THE RIGHTS OF OPPOSITION, ACCESS, RECTIFICATION AND CANCELLATION OF DATA

Likewise, the User can also exercise their rights by sending an electronic document that will contain their D.N.I. on both sides or an equivalent document, by email: email@example.com
11.- SECURITY MEASURES ADOPTED WITH REGARD TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
SENSSO informs the User that, in accordance with the provisions of the LOPD and the RDLOPD, has taken the necessary technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of personal data and avoid alteration, loss, or unauthorized access, taking into account the state of the technology, the nature of the stored data and the risks to which these are exposed, whether from human action or from the physical or natural environment and that will only register personal data in files that meet the conditions that they are determined in the Regulation, with respect to their integrity and safety, and those of the treatment centres, premises, equipment, systems and programs. SENSSO also guarantees their compliance with the duty of professional secrecy regarding the User’s personal data and the duty to keep it safe.
